She advised and managed the process of upgrading the house, without major effort on my part. She managed effectively the process of making the house available privately, without even an open house -- and helped effectively during the contract negotiations process. Sold a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $1.0M in Columbia Heights, Washington, DC.

Kimberley was wonderful at getting our place sold. The marketing materials were wonderful. We had 6 offers all over asking in a matter of 6 days. She was also wondering in helping us find a home. We had been trying over two years and she finally got us into the neighborhood we wanted and pushed the purchase over the finish line. We would highly recommend her.  More Less

Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $625K in Cleveland Park, Washington, DC.
