Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Bethesda, MD.

We have just moved into our dream house in Bethesda, MD. As a British family who have never bought a property in the US before we relied heavily on Kimberly throughout the whole process and she did not disappoint. We were never less than 100% confident in her skills, even negotiating an extra discount / credit after our inspection. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $875K in Chevy Chase, Washington, DC.

We initially found Kimberly after seeing her face on many of the for sale signs around our neighborhood in Chevy Chase where we were renters. When the time came to start our house hunt, we reached out to Kimberly to help us find a home within our price range in the neighborhood. She was incredibly responsive, proactive and knowledgeable. Without her, we are quite sure that our deal would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did and we are so thankful for her efforts. We got a really great home at a good price in our desired neighborhood. Kimberly has a deep knowledge of upper northwest neighborhoods, but I'd recommend her for any home search in the region, as she knows the system and will make it work to your advantage.  More Less
