Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.55M in Chevy Chase, MD.
Kimberly is very professional, knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with. She has the utmost integrity and a very good sense of the market. She priced our house in a difficult market and was able to bring us multiple contracts. She is very responsive, as is her excellent support staff. I recommend Kimberly highly and without reservation.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Chevy Chase, Washington, DC.
We had begun searching for a home on our own so when we wanted to put in a bid on a house we remembered Kimberly who we had met at a showing some months earlier. Her knowledge of houses, neighborhoods, the market and always important, her sense of humor, were great so we called her and asked her to represent us. Although we missed out on that house and the next through bidding wars, we were very happy and comforted by Kimberly’s advice and guidance though an entirely new and intimidating process. As they say, third time lucky and we were successful. We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Sold a home in 2013.
We listed our home in Chevy Chase, DC with Kimberly because we wanted someone who was very familiar with the neighborhood and had a successful track record. Kimberly lives in the community and is a great ambassador as she is very involved in the local schools and familiar with all this area has to offer.
Kimberly negotiated a contract that had come in considerably below our very reasonable asking price. She was able to work with the buyers' agent and we sold right around our asking price. Kimberly is very thorough and very professional, and I would recommend her highly.

Kimberly is amazing. You see her sign all over the neighborhood and for good reason. She gets the job done!!! After more than two months on the market with another agent without a single offer, Kimberly got our home sold in just 12 days. she was very proactive on marketing the house, gave great advice on staging and did a great job negotiating on our behalf. We couldn't have asked for more.

We recommend Kimberly without hesitation. Kimberly expertly guided us through the DC home purchase process. We benefitted so much from her deep and detailed knowledge of the DC market. She was generous with her time and knowledge, and was patient and understanding with us as we sorted out what we did/did not want. Kimberly was especially helpful in managing stressful situations resulting from the disorganized nature of the sellers' agent, and she maintained complete professionalism even in the face of the total opposite. We have bought and sold a home in DC before and have interacted with many agents -- without a doubt, Kimberly is among the very best.

She developed and implemented a marketing plan that resulted in multiple offers within weeks. Her attention to detail, creativity and responsiveness gave us peace of mind. We could focus on preparing for our move while Kimberly took care of selling the house. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation skills were invaluable as we evaluated our multiple offers to determine the best deal for us. We highly recommend her and would absolutely use her again.

Sold a home in 2012.
Kimberly recently helped us sell our house in DC. We interviewed Kimberly and two other agents. We chose her because we felt she stood out in terms of her professionalism, her straightforwardness, and her knowledge of the local market. We never regretted the decision. Shortly after we chose her, we moved across the country, and she immediately got to work identifying and scheduling affordable, professional tradesmen to get our house ready for sale. She managed them efficiently, and when we came back to DC to wrap up some loose ends we thought the tradesmen had done a terrific job. Once the house was on the market, she worked hard at getting us offers and supported us through two different negotiations from lowball offers that did not end up in a contract, and one contract that ended up falling through when the buyer was turned down for a loan (for reasons that were personal to that buyer and unforeseeable to us or to Kimberly). Less than two weeks after that contract fell through, we had a new contract, which resulted in a seamless closing. We were pleased by and grateful for all the work she did for us. She even personally moved some furniture out of our house before closing so it could be picked up by a charity. Talk about full service!

She knows the metropolitan DC real estate market inside and out, helping us find exactly the right fit for our needs and exceeding our expectations when it came to both buying and selling. In addition to helping us navigate the often challenging real estate market, she has provided invaluable advice on things to look for, pitfalls to avoid and how to show a home to its best advantage. Perhaps most impressive is her incredible responsiveness to even the smallest question or issue - even helping address an after-sale challenge during the holidays!
