Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.55M in Chevy Chase, MD.
Kimberly is very professional, knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with. She has the utmost integrity and a very good sense of the market. She priced our house in a difficult market and was able to bring us multiple contracts. She is very responsive, as is her excellent support staff. I recommend Kimberly highly and without reservation.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.05M in Chevy Chase, Washington, DC.
Kimberly made the process of fixing up, listing and selling our house unbelievably smooth and easy. We got a good price for our house in the middle of the winter. She was clear, realistic and high-energy. And at the same time, made us feel heard and taken care of.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $875K in American University Park, Washington, DC.
We cannot recommend Kimberly highly enough. She helped us sell a home in AU Park and buy a home in Chevy Chase, DC. She was professional, effective, and always there when we needed her. On the sale side, when our first buyers backed out without giving a reason, Kimberly didn't miss a beat. Thanks to Kimberly's tireless work, we had a new offer within 3 days that was not only above our list price, but above our first contract price. On the buy side, Kimberly helped us successfully navigate a very tough sellers' market. She never rushed us and always looked out for our best interests, even if it meant more work for her. Throughout the entire process, we were grateful for Kimberly's creative ideas, sound judgment, and excellent local connections and knowledge.

I was very pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of the industry. She did an excellent job in the manner in which she staged and listed my property and within 2 days we had an outstanding offer; which closed without incident 30 days later. very happy with the results.

Kimberly is the dream realtor. Over the course of a year and a half, she helped us find a home in DC. We were living out of town, making the entire process harder since we had to cram a lot of work into a few short trips to DC. Kimberly was always available to us, super patient, and never put any pressure on us to sign anything. The entire relationship was based on trust and mutual respect. She's the consummate professional.

Once we found a house we wanted, Kimberly went to work for us with a zeal that made us feel confident. She walked us through the negotiations and her work during the inspection stage was way above and beyond the call of duty. There was not a call or e-mail that wasn't responded to within a matter of hours. We have no idea when she rests or sleeps, but we are tremendously grateful for her non-stop attentiveness.

The other thing to note about Kimberly is that she is genuinely passionate about her neighborhood and the District as a large. She is involved in the local community and a tremendous resource as we begin our lives here. She's a friend we've come to depend on, and we can't recommend her to others highly enough.

Sold a home in 2014.
I found myself unexpectedly in a "for sale by owner" situation. Ms. Cestari was actually the buyers' broker, but nonetheless on numerous occasions helped me navigate the process. While I certainly knew all along that "closing the sale" was in her best interest, I still was very, very impressed how she treated me---in a kind, courteous, and professional manner, well beyond what would have been necessary for her to do.

Kimberly was our realtor and sold our house within 3 days of listing on the MLS. While we had an advantage of being in a seller's market, comps were difficult to calculate because the few homes being listed in our neighborhood were extremely variable in price. Fortunately, Kimberly's expertise in correctly pricing our home ensured that we got a great bid that not only met our criteria as to price (and in fact exceeded it), but also obtained for us a very motivated buyer who was ready to buy and close within two weeks. Kimberly has a very good team who made sure we kept on track for settlement. Utterly professional and would recommend without hesitation!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $700K in Adams Morgan, Washington, DC.
Kimberly expertly and gracefully helped us wade through what may have been the longest house hunt and closing process in history! After looking for a couple of years for a bigger home to move into as a newly wed couple, we finally found our ideal 'fixer upper' townhome in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC. Once under contract, which was a feat in and of itself given the very competitive DC market, there was a survey problem discovered that took over a year to remedy with the city. Kimberly not only stuck by us through the entire process, but helped shepherd things along and continued to show us other properties that came on the market in the meantime, just to cover our bases. When we finally closed on the home in April, we discovered the sellers left a large amount of trash in the home. Kimberly continued to work on our behalf after settlement, to make sure the trash was taken care of--she really went above and beyond every step of the way from the offer process all the way through post-closing!
