Ratings & Reviews

Kim made me feel at ease the first moment I met her. This was my first time purchasing a home and I was really worried that my lack of real estate knowledge would work against me. She educated me on all the ins and outs of what FHA vs Conventional requirements were, even what the city would most likely site if the seller required us to complete the repairs. Her main concern with any home she showed me was that its was structurely sound. For example, the first house I looked at I absolutely loved do to all of the add ons this very large home provided. She pointed out cracks, unevenness of the floors, outside corner where the lack of ground would indicate foundation issues. However, I was still determined to place a bid so I took my dad out for a second look and he just confirmed what Kim had already told me, that this house would be a major money pit. She stayed consistent with her advice throughout the 6 months we looked. She never let me settle or get discouraged, In fact, I shudder to think what would have happened to me and my family had I not had her as a realtor.
