Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $450K in Escondido, CA.
I could not be more enthusiastic about my experience with Kim Tran as my realtor. She helped us buy our first home in 2009 and acted like we were her only customers. We got daily emails with houses to check out, always picked up the phone or got back to us promptly, and took us to look at more places than I can count. And we were only in the market for a townhouse around $200k. She acted like we were buying a million dollar home, it was incredible. Her level of attention, personal care and tenacity is just astounding.
When we decided we wanted to buy a new home and sell our townhouse, we had her handle the sale and purchase. We had some issues with our buyer, but Kim handled everything, kept in touch with us constantly and answered every question we had. I literally cannot say enough how incredibly positive our experience with Kim has been. We've referred her to multiple friends who have all been equally satisfied. Anytime I hear anyone is thinking about buying a house I basically force them to call her and get offended if they use a different realtor. I call her "Kim the Wonder Realtor" because she's basically a super hero.

We recently sold our home and purchased a new one. Kim had originally helped us buy our old home, so we didn't hesitate to call her up again. Kim provides excellent service and really puts in maximum effort for her clients. She is always available and ready with an answer. We have recommended Kim to several friends who ended up purchasing through her, and all have been extremely happy with her service.
Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $500K in Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA.
Kim made our house sale a wonderful experience. She was wonderful with the tenants in our house, I never had to worry about anything. We had our first offer 3 days after she listed the house and there wasn't a single issue from beginning to end. I trust her 100% - she is amazing.
I needed to find an apartment for my 19 year old going to school in downtown San Diego. I knew NOTHING about the area, except there were a lot of condos and different neighborhoods. THANK GOD I found Kim. Kim knew the area like the back of her hand. She found out what I was looking for and didn't show me ANYTHING outside of those parameters. She saved me hours and hours of time and negotiated a great contract. My daughter is in a perfect place for her (and me, I won't be worrying about her safety), can walk to school, shops, grocery shopping. If you want a take-care-of-business, no-nonsense, get-the-job-done realtor, call Kim!
Kim has done an amazing job in assisting me with finding and purchasing my first home. I was very pleased and impressed with all the efforts she has taken in finding the perfect home that fits our preferences. She knew exactly what I was looking for in a home. She has provided endless amounts of information and assistance as well as quick with her responses. She is very knowledgable and familiar with the area. Very easy to get a hold of and very friendly. She is very patient and always has a smile on her face. Really great to work with. I highly recommend Kim as a realtor.
My search for a home started around 4 to 5 years ago (on and off) and Kim was there from the kick off. Throughout the whole process, on top of knowing her craft, Kim was very patient and didn't try to push me to put in a bid or close if I wasn't comfortable. which is why I kept going back to her.
It was this past August/September 2014 that I found a home that I really liked. I placed an offer and then counter, and the seller accepted. I was in awe, I've never gone past this point before. I went into the closing process completely confident of my decision however from this point till signing the release of contingencies document a.k.a. no going back document, I started getting the coldest feet possible. I would come up with every single scenario of why this house wasn't right for me and then I would call Kim. Every single time, Kim worked through each question with me with logical answers that made sense. Some answers I liked and some answers I didn't but I was glad to hear them. I did the same with other friends who were homeowners and they gave me very similar answers. By the time I signed the release of contingencies document, it was because I was happy and 100 percent sure with my decision.
Home buying is a journey, with ups and downs and unexpected turns and I couldn't have made a better decision choosing Kim as my guide.

Kim conducted herself in a friendly and very professional manner. Although she was acting on behalf of her friend who was buying our house she remained fair and impartial throughout the whole selling process. She communicated with us and all other parties very well every step of the way and allowed us to close our house sale earlier than expected. I can highly recommend Kim.

We are so grateful for all Kim's help in getting us into our first home...which is nicer than we ever thought it could be. She provided excellent guidance from drafting our offer letter up until the moment we closed.

When you work with Kim, you will be impressed. Of course, her experience and sales statistics speak for themselves, and are readily available to anyone considering her as an agent. But beyond this, you will be very pleasantly surprised not only by the results that she will produce for you, but also how easy it is to get along with her. She is not one of those blustering pretentious glad-hand real estate agents who will leave you feeling like you just got a bucket of grease dumped on you after hearing their sleazy pitch. She will get the job done quickly and well, with class and charisma, and without any tricks or dishonesty. She is living proof that good business does, in fact, work.
For us, Kim was the perfect agent. And we made sure of this, by doing our research and interviewing every other agent for whom we could get a reliable recommendation beforehand, from people we trust. All of the agents we spoke to were great, so it says a lot that she was the best choice among a field of great choices. And after completing the purchase of our home, we can say with great confidence that she completely justified our decision. Here are some of the things that we liked best about her:
She listened very attentively to everything that we wanted, and took our time very seriously. She did not show us anything that matched poorly with our preferences, and found the properties that we wanted with alarming speed and efficiency. There were a few times in the process when we were a little lost, and didn't really know what choice to make, and Kim could have subtly manipulated us the way a lot of agents would to ensure a quicker or more lucrative sale. But she never did this, she was always patient and always put our needs and desires first, and guided us through the process until we found the home of our dreams. Not many agents would have seen us through to the end like that, when there were other good options that we wavered on and might have bitten, had we been pushed to do so.
Kim also didn't screw around. She was at all times professional, punctual, and extremely responsive to all of our communication. When something needed to be done, it got done immediately. When the honest and appropriate answer was something we might not have wanted to hear, we heard it anyway. She continually gave us useful advice about all sorts of things, both directly related to the home-buying process and otherwise. She never minded at all when we occupied her valuable time by asking things that it was not really her job to answer.
Kim took our business seriously, and I assure you, we had plenty of opportunities to contrast this with the results of a lazy agent who did not. Don't shave valuable years off your lifespan stressing out about a flaky real estate agent, who won't work hard for you and satisfy your expectations. Just hire the best and be done with it.
