Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Escondido, CA.
When you work with Kim, you will be impressed. Of course, her experience and sales statistics speak for themselves, and are readily available to anyone considering her as an agent. But beyond this, you will be very pleasantly surprised not only by the results that she will produce for you, but also how easy it is to get along with her. She is not one of those blustering pretentious glad-hand real estate agents who will leave you feeling like you just got a bucket of grease dumped on you after hearing their sleazy pitch. She will get the job done quickly and well, with class and charisma, and without any tricks or dishonesty. She is living proof that good business does, in fact, work.

For us, Kim was the perfect agent. And we made sure of this, by doing our research and interviewing every other agent for whom we could get a reliable recommendation beforehand, from people we trust. All of the agents we spoke to were great, so it says a lot that she was the best choice among a field of great choices. And after completing the purchase of our home, we can say with great confidence that she completely justified our decision. Here are some of the things that we liked best about her:

She listened very attentively to everything that we wanted, and took our time very seriously. She did not show us anything that matched poorly with our preferences, and found the properties that we wanted with alarming speed and efficiency. There were a few times in the process when we were a little lost, and didn't really know what choice to make, and Kim could have subtly manipulated us the way a lot of agents would to ensure a quicker or more lucrative sale. But she never did this, she was always patient and always put our needs and desires first, and guided us through the process until we found the home of our dreams. Not many agents would have seen us through to the end like that, when there were other good options that we wavered on and might have bitten, had we been pushed to do so.

Kim also didn't screw around. She was at all times professional, punctual, and extremely responsive to all of our communication. When something needed to be done, it got done immediately. When the honest and appropriate answer was something we might not have wanted to hear, we heard it anyway. She continually gave us useful advice about all sorts of things, both directly related to the home-buying process and otherwise. She never minded at all when we occupied her valuable time by asking things that it was not really her job to answer.

Kim took our business seriously, and I assure you, we had plenty of opportunities to contrast this with the results of a lazy agent who did not. Don't shave valuable years off your lifespan stressing out about a flaky real estate agent, who won't work hard for you and satisfy your expectations. Just hire the best and be done with it.

Bought a home in 2013.
We got very good experience with Kim. As a buyer from Overseas, Kim understood our needs and constraints, and acted very proactively thru emails and calls before hands, and was ale to act very swiftly while we were on the ground presenting different options and tactics. Her communication skills are impeccable, her relentless persistence to push envelop is impressive, and most importantly, her upfront and straightforward manner towards both buyer (me) and seller's agent saved us tremendous time in our search and offer negotiation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Emerald Hills, San Diego, CA.
Kim was an amazing Realtor. She knew what we were looking for and helped us visualize ourselves in the home. There is a lot to do when in escrow and Kim kept in contact with updates and had many referrals to chose from for the work we needed done for the VA approval. Kim was overall wonderful to work with. She turned our needs and wants in a home into reality.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $675K in Carmel Mountain, San Diego, CA.
We were very glad that she was our agent. I found Kim on the internet. I read many of the reviews about her and thought I should call her. I was glad that I did. Not only Kim was professional, knowledgeable, diligent but she worked hard to help us find our home. We felt bad that she spent many weekends house hunting with us. She was very patient and not pushy. Kim stayed on top of the whole RE transaction. Moreover, she is easy to talk to and responsive. I would Highly recommend Kim.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $800K in Scripps Ranch, San Diego, CA.
Kim has helped me buy a home in San Diego in two months. She helped me understand San Diego market, narrowed my search area, and familiarized me with the process. She also displayed sophisticated skills in the negotiation. The most impressive quality in her is that she (as a real estate agent) has never pushed me for a decision. She definitely gave inputs and provided relevant data to enable me to think through. But she is so neutral and flexible that I felt no pressure from her. This is an extremely precious personality and professionlism. I truly appreciate Kim's service and respect her extra one mile attitude from the beginning to the end. I wish Kim all success in her career.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $300K in Vista, CA.
I found Kim through online reviews/recommendations and she did not disappoint. Purchasing your first home is a daunting, and at times, overwhelming task; but Kim made it much more manageable each step of the way. On a professional level, I never left a meeting with her with questions unanswered, the hallmark of an expert in her field.

On top of it all, however, Kim is a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients. She looked at my situation and helped me make good decisions along the way, and she worked FOR me (looking for homes, checking up on offers) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The home buying process is a journey, and I wouldn't recommend anyone higher to help navigate you through it.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Carmel Mountain, San Diego, CA.
My wife and I bought and sold our first home through Kim Tran. Even though real estate is often complicated, Kim did very much all of the ground work for us which made it easy. She was reachable at any time if there was ever a question regarding the transaction. She's also very knowledgeable of the communities in San Diego County. Thus, her knowledge became very useful as we wanted to ensure the school district had a good rating for our young son's education. I greatly recommend Kim to anyone that's planning to buy or sell a home as we had great experience with her.
