    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Atlantic Beach, FL.
    The first time that we met Neil and Kathie McGuiness they established a relationship of friendship and commitment and a "we are here for you" attitude. Their encouragement and positive outlook were imparted into the work of marketing our home. They were clear and concise with advise, instructions and description of our responsibilities as the seller. Throughout the process they were always available to answer questions by phone, text and e-mail and I never felt like a nuisance. But more than that they were there for us. After living in our house of 24 years and raising a family there was emotion and sentiment attached to our home. Kathie was always encouraging and positive. Neil is so knowledgable of the history of our beautiful AtlanticBeach / Beaches / Jacksonville area.They each bring a lifetime full of experience to their current line of work that combines to help with all aspects of marketing a home.     Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Riverside, Jacksonville, FL.
    My long-time girlfriend and I recently looked to purchase a home in Riverside, in Jacksonville, and we enlisted the help of Neil and Kathie. Throughout the process, these two were incredible.
