I am a native of Cincinnati and hold a degree in Communications from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. I was employed in the airline industry with a major carrier for more than 25 years, residing in Chicago, Atlanta and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky.

Throughout my career, I was consistently promoted because of my responsiveness to both internal and external customers, my integrity, attention to detail, and logical, often innovative, approach to problem solving and conflict resolution.

I served as the Regional Director of In Flight Service, responsible for the performance of more than 7800 Flight Attendants, domiciled in Boston, Cincinnati, Chicago, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, New York, Orlando, Salt Lake City and Washington D.C. I also oversaw a staff of almost 200 administrative and supervisory/managerial personnel. I was the Executive Sponsor in successfully revising all Flight Attendant work rules with an elected committee of Flight Attendants, providing me with invaluable experience in the art of negotiation and compromise.

The final phase of my career in the airline industry was spent as the Vice President of In Flight Service and one of twelve executive officers for the company's subsidiary regional carrier headquartered in Northern Kentucky.

I am an exceptional communicator and negotiator and consider customer service and satisfaction my top priority.

I am actively and passionately involved in animal rescue, working closely with shelters and rescues not only locally but throughout the United States. A dedicated network of professionals, we provide free spay/neuter clinics, rescue, foster and adoption services and transportation throughout the USA for dogs and cats escaping death at government shelters.

I am also a strong supporter of The Diocesan Children's Home, St. Charles Care Center, St. Jude's Childrens' Hospital, The American Cancer Society,The National MS Society, The ASPCA and various other charitable organizations.

A donation is made to the Children's Miracle Network following every closing, making each of my sales a Miracle Home!

The majority of my business is a direct result of referrals I receive from past clients who are extremely satisfied with the results of their latest real estate transaction and the representation I provided.
