Hello mclay8944 - - your question shows up in Short Hills, NJ. You need to direct it to the Baltimore, MD question and answer section. Perhaps it was a rental.
I consider myself a part-time photographer, in addition to being a Realtor, and many people request to use my photos or ask me to take pictures of their gardens, or various setttings. I do not always give permission (particularly when another Realtor takes one of my pictures or I have paid a professional photographer) and sometimes, I sell the images I own.The photo taken by Kokay IS copyrighted, the photographer has contacted CV, to remove it from the Zillow site and the CV website. It is ILLEGAL to take another person's photos and use them without permission or credit. I agree that Circling Vulture reports many facts - many are usefu, but they are NOT QUESTIONS, when they are posted in the Question section. CV also reports a great deal of misinformation in a snarky and rude manner, in an effort to harm people. I would not want one of my artistic images to be used to 'Capitalize on the Greed and Stupidity of Others', as CV so proudly boasts. Homes that ARE NOT IN FORECLOSURE have been posted to the embarrassment and frustration of people he has falsely targeted and the wrong number of days on the market are often posted. Zillow has a good neighbor policy and this goes against that. You call it tattling, I call it justice.
Circling Vulture has stolen a photo from the Internet, without permission and is using it for a screen image. This is a copyrighted image and the photographer is not receiving credit.
Goodee - you are talking about the house across the street from this house. One is sold and one is not. Both are great homes close to town, the train and with nice yards.
This house was off the market for 7 days so it is not even correc to say on the market for 19 days. In fact, the list date and ACTUAL DAYS ON THE MARKET are different when there is a period the house is off the market for any reason.
I would like to buy this property in foreclosure.
