Hi, my name is Karen and I am your Military Relocation Specialist for Eglin AFB and the Fort Walton Beach surrounding area. After serving 20 years in the USAF, I decided that after my experience in being a first time homebuyer that there was a lot of information lacking about the homebuying process. So the military was something I know a lot about, I decided to make sure that our military members were well educated and informed on the home buying process so they would have a really good experience and feel very comfortable with their decision to invest in the purchase their home.
