Property manage a Single Family home in Charlestown, RI.
Over the past 25 years Wallander Realty has managed the rentals of my vacation house in Charlestown, Rhode Island. Over the past six years Karen Kaine (Wallander Realty Co-Owner) has been my personal representative and manager in all of my real-estate endeavours in the Charlestown Beach area. During that course of time I have found Karen Kaine to courteous, professional and responsive to all of my real-estate needs. I have referred numerous friends, reletives and acquintances to Karen and they all have been equally pleased with the the service that they received.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in South Kingstown, RI.
Karen exceeded our expectations when it came to finding the right realtor and home in RI. She is extremely knowledgable & friendly. She listened to our needs and delivered without any pressure. When it came time to write up an offer she left no stone unturned. If she wasn't available her partner Sandy was always willing to step in. They are a TRUE TEAM! Highly Recommended!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in South Kingstown, RI.
Not only sold us a home but was a resource for helping us locate local service providers after we purchased the home. I feel that I can still pick up the phone and call her for information or advice about the local area.
