We also used Karen to help us get our new home. Karen went out of her way to show us as many options for our new purchase including showing us some FSBO homes. Karen was able to get us out of a potential bad situation on our first offer with no headaches (a good home that proved to be not so good after the inspection). Her knowledge of the area and her attention to our wants and needs helped us find a new house that fit all our needs. Due to our the sale of our house Karen worked effortlessly to ensure we were able to make a smooth transition into the new house after closing on both properties.
Karen is a great agent to work with, she was very patient with our many questions and was very quick to respond, usually within minutes of our request.
