You can follow this link: http://www.zillow.com/how-much-is-my-home-worth. But remember this is a general estimate. If you want a true estimate of value I would recommend contacting a Realtor.Good Luck,Karen
In my opinion it wouldn't add any financial value to the rent.
That is not the price that is Zillow's zestimate of value.
I would list it as 4 baths and in the comments section list is a 4 full baths with 2 half baths. The MLS allows to list it as 4 baths 2 half baths.Good Luck!
No finished basement square footage is not included in the square footage.Good Luck!
Your first step would be to talk to a mortgage lender. They are the ones that I can tell you where you stand and what you need to do if you don't currently qualify. Best of luck! Karen
Wayne,Oops, I misspoke! I did mean a pre-qualification and not a pre-approval. Thanks for the correction!Have a great day!
Good Afternoon! As long as your credit allows you should have no problem getting a FHA loan. You don't have to have the down payment (3.5%) to get a pre-approval. However, are you aware that there are other costs involved in getting a mortgage? I would recommend that you speak with a lender soon so that you are aware of the total costs of buying a home.Good Luck!
There is no standard commission. Commissions are always negotiable. Some companies do charge a flat fee for sales under a certain amount. Good Luck!
