Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Lovettsville, VA.
Karen is the ultimate professional. Very focused on every detail. She does extensive research to price a property for sale and uses all tools available during the preview and showing process. I was really impressed at how she handled the negotiation process on our first contract offer. A counter offer was necessary with some adjustments to certain contract provisions. She seemed to anticipate what the other party was willing to accept and finally all of our changes were adopted by the prospective buyer. Also Karen is good at navigating all the property tests and inspections such as well, septic, radon and other various inspections involved with a country property. Her professionalism is evident from the time of listing thru to the final settlement.

Karen was very good in negiotating on the sale of home as well as the purchase of our new home. She understood the current market and what aspects of each house helped to drive the price. She was good at keeping on deadlines and getting the banks to make the deadlines as well.

Karen Cooper did an excellent job with the sale of my house, despite the tough market conditions in early summer 2011. She was an excellent communicator, responded to any questions quickly, and understood my priorities. Her company spent money to ensure that my listing got attention, and the house received a high number of showings compared to others in the area. She was excellent with prompt follow through, and stayed on top of all of the details. I would definitely use her again, and an acquaintance who used her services subsequently was also very pleased.

Very knowledgable about all the properties. If questions are asked, she always had an answer or willing to get the answer, and to get back to you as soon as possible. She is always available and works with your schedule to visit houses.

We greatly enjoyed working with Karen, we moved from out of state so it was difficult to be available all the time to look at homes. She worked with our schedule to view homes whenever we were in town and was able to get us into a place asap.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Broadlands, VA.
Karen was great. She worked with us to get the house in perfect order (well she didn't come over and paint but she did point out what was needed :-) ). The first buyer that walked through put in the offer that we accepted. It was for full asking price and the buyer was flexible to our close date request. Karen walked us through the possibilities of not finding the perfect buyer if we wanted to hold out for more money. She didn't pressure us to accept - it was the right buyer, the right price and we couldn't be more pleased.
