Karen is the best! I tried working with two other realtors before I was lucky to have found Karen due to the other reviews on this site and I am so glad that I did. I can't say enough good things about her... She is knowledgable, reliable, dependable and she makes you feels like your the only client she has.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Colonialtown South, Orlando, FL.
Karen was really great to work with in the sell of my home and she really had a great compasion for my personal situation which made her work even harder for me as a Seller Agent. She constantly stayed in touch with me during each step of the process of showings and process of selling my home. She really did make the whole escrow transaction process move quickly for the closing.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Orlando, FL.
If your looking for a Realtor, look no more. Karen is knowledgeable, honest, and Responsive. She knows when to negotiate and how, she is relentless in getting people to move their feet, when deadlines were not met by my mortgage company she wrote emails, made phone calls and kept everyone working. As emotional and stressful as this process was she was patient with my husband and I and kept me in the loop 24/7 calling or emailing me first 9 times out of 10. I am now one happy homeowner and owe that to Karen! I will definitely use her to sell and buy in the future!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Apopka, FL.
Karen listed & sold my home in 3 days for over list price. She was extremely knowledgable advising me on how best to show my home, what price I should list it at as well as the best time to list. After selling my home in record time she then helped me find and purchase a condo. She quickly understood what I was looking for in a new home while patiently showing me numerous options.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Orlando, FL
Karen, despite a hectic schedule provided me with excellent local knowledge. I asked a number of questions and she answered promptly. If we look again for Orlando properties then we will be sure to call Karen again. thats all i can think of. why do i have to type 150 letters
Wow, where to start? We met Karen by chance, calling on a listing of hers that we saw on Zillow. It was already under contract, but she asked about our needs and began the search. This was Aug 2012. The market was really beginning to heat up and things were moving fast and furious - contracts were being accepted in 48 hrs for over asking price. Not a good situation to walk into, but Karen kept us involved and informed, and jumped on EVERYTHING in our parameters (or even things close to them) as soon as it came to market. We got a contract at the end of Oct but inspections put the brakes on that just 10 days before close. The winter was slow going with minimal listings, but we got constant communication and replies to any inquiries. Finally, in April OUR house came to market. It was perfect - every item we had dreamed of wrapped up into this unbelievable package. 3 other buyers agreed and there were multiple full value offers within 48 hours of listing. It is no understatement or distortion of facts to say that the only reason that we got the house was because of Karen's persistence, her diligence, her likability and her resolve to work for her clients. SHE convinced the sellers & their agent, that we were the best fit for their home and the best buyers. That is absolutely the only reason we were successful. The road to closing was longer than we would have wished but Karen walked us through every step of the way.
She kept promising that selling would be easier than our buying experience, and that's where we come to step 2. Real simple. Karen's strong local market experience and intuition led her to a listing price that was $15k higher than we were anticipating. What the heck - we can always lower it, right? Didn't need to. 11am listing, 2 offers by 6pm. We waited for 2 more days for the weekend, and had 8 offers, multiple cash offers, and accepted an offer for $2500 over asking price (some offers were higher) and closed it in 22 days. Karen urged us on, listing at the best time in the market, and she was absolutely right on because there were dramatic shifts in demand only weeks later with interest rates and school sign-ups having impact.
Thank you, Karen. We know without doubt that our experience here would have been totally different without you. We love our house, and are thrilled that we had you working so expertly and so hard to make it possible.
