Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in AZ.
When we listed with Karen, we were very impressed with her expertise in the market value of the homes in our area. She also kept in close contact with us to keep us abreast of what was happening with our home, since we were gone from the area at the time. We sold our home at the listed price, including our furniture, which we now did not have to move. We were living in another home 250 miles away. We would highly recommend Karen as a Real Estate Professional who really takes personal care of her clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $200K in AZ.
We contacted Karen in Feb 2007 to help us find a building lot. We had no intentions of buying an existing house but she suggested looking at a few houses anyway as the economy at the time was starting to favour buying existing over building new. We are so glad she did since the third house she showed us we loved so much, we bought it and are still enjoying it. Being Canadians and unfamiliar with buying real estate in the US market and particularly in Arizona, we were fortunate to have an agent like Karen to guide us through the process of buying a foreclosure, choosing house inspection and Trust companies and dealing with unfamiliar issues such as termite inspections etc. She managed the whole transaction to a successful conclusion even though we were 1700 miles away in a different country. Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $75K in Casa Grande, AZ.
In Spring of 2008 we were directed to Karen Hallett since we were
in the market for a new home. It took about a couple months to
find "the" home we were looking for, but it was worth the wait.
Karen handled everything, leaving us with no worries.
If we were ever in the market for another home, and were in
the same area, we would surely look to Karen for her expertise.
