Kari was the perfect buyer's agent to aid us on our quest for a home in NW Denver. Not only is she very knowledgable about the NW area, she's very knowledgable about all aspects of home ownership! We felt very comfortable bouncing ideas off her, she gave us lots of input regarding zoning, remodeling, etc. It was nice to work with Kari because she is professional and experienced, but she also has a warm personality and a great sense of humor. So many other realtors come across as "phony" but we never got that impression from Kari. Highly recommended!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Edgewater, CO.Summary:
My wife and I worked with Kari on the purchase of our second home in Denver. We were amazed by the service Kari provided vs. our first home agent. We had several unique situations with the new home (flood plain, bad inspectors, tight deadlines). Kari was on top of every issue and went above and beyond to seek out expert advice and get our new home rezoned to a lesser flood risk. This saved us 2200/yr in insurance.
Kari has an intimate knowledge of the area and kept our needs in mind when showing us houses and steered us away from the wrong houses. Kari will be the first person we contact or recommend when looking or selling in the Denver area.…More Less

Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
My experience with Kari was exceptional and I could not recommend her highly enough! My home buying process was a long one, to say the least. I started looking at homes almost 2 years before I made an offer. Kari was patient and understanding the entire time. She was SO knowledgeable about the area that I was looking in and was constantly available to answer questions and calm my first time home buying nerves. I looked at too many houses to count, but always found myself coming back to the same place. It was a house that I loved, but there were a few major issues that were holding me back from making an offer. Seeing how torn I was over the house, Kari went above and beyond and helped negotiate with the seller to address EVERY one of my concerns. I was truly impressed with the deal that she negotiated for me... the seller put thousands of dollars into the property to fix things (changing my property line, completely mitigating asbestos found in my crawl space, and turning my shared garage into a private garage were among the highlights). I loved the property before Kari addressed all of those issues, and having them taken care of made me feel all the more confident in my decision. Kari was great at explaining things to me and was very patient with all of my questions along the way. She walked me through the entire process and always made me feel at ease... even in light of a last minute financing issue, she was a tremendous help, offering to work directly with my lender to make sure everything worked out. In the end I have a home that I love and a realtor who I still go to for questions on anything and everything home-related (from "who can you recommend to fix my dishwasher?" to "how do I know my property taxes are being paid?") Kari was professional, intelligent, organized, quick to respond, and just generally fun to work with. I will never use another agent and can not thank her enough for all she did for me!…More Less
