Karen sold our home in 2011. We lived in our home for over 10 years so we became familiar with local agents and companies. In the Clarksville area, Karen would have to rated as one of the top agents. For us this came at a cost. She withheld information that would have stopped me from selling our home at the low price it sold for. I believe if I had the information I would have counter-offered our home for 5-6 thousand more than it sold for. Once our home was in the "pending" stage she changed from a seller's agent to a buyer's agent. After the rush and confusion of closing I now realize I spent money on items that really did not need repair or were not broken, but could work better and last longer if I paid $980. There were other items that Karen told me to do that I know now were not necessary and cost me an additional $650. If you use her as an agent, I advise you to check things out for yourself and not depend on her to give you good advice or get all the information you will need. Use your own lawyer and not hers, at least you will have one more person looking out for your best interests.
