Bought a home in 2008.
Karin was very helpful finding a condo in Downtown Chicago during my investment search. The process was fast given her upfront research information. It was detailed and extremely helpful. I hope to use her again in my next search.

Helped me rent a Condo home in West Town, Chicago, IL.
Karin Melberg is a perceptive, knowledgeable, highly responsive and highly professional Realtor. She was extremely efficient and effective when my girlfriend and I needed to find a rental unit in Chicago quickly. Karin lined up nine showings in one evening and came prepared with a customized spreadsheet to help us compare units. We found a great place that night and were able to secure it after Karin negotiated with the owners on our behalf, outmaneuvering a competing bidder. We are very happy in our new place, and we look forward to working with Karin again, the next time we are in the real estate market. I enthusiastically recommend Karin Melberg as a results-oriented real estate professional who has your interests at heart. She also happens to be a lot of fun to work with!
