I contacted Karin during the 2005 "frenzy to buy a house" year. The houses were selling so fast. I needed a house with certain specific features and had limited time to go see each house. Karin went to see every potential house and only referred me to houses that would meet our needs. This was a tremendous help due to time restraints. Thankfully, she was so informed with the other agent's listing that I was able to be the first bid on the house I wanted. I am currently buying a house in another city with an agent from that area and still consult with Karin when something doesn't seem right. She is very professional, knowledgeable and works very hard for her clients. Karin is one of those rare agents who keep in touch even after the deal closes. Karin - thank you for being You!

Karin Mable has helped us with 3 purchases in the Victor Valley -- a rental property in Victorville in ~2002, our home in Apple Valley in 2004, and another rental in A.V. in 2009. Karin was a delight to work with. She listened to what i was looking for in a home, which was very helpful as i bought in an area that i was not familiar with. she makes you feel comfortable and at ease, during what could be a long and stressful time, especially when dealing with bank sale homes.
