Karin truly did a masterful job with selling my property. She really does her homework and thoroughly knows this real estate market. Her market analysis for my home was exactly on the mark. She told me what I could expect in terms of sales price, expected concessions, and estimated time for an acceptable contract. She was on the mark for eveything. Karin handled anything that needed to be done quickly and with great expertise. While other properties in the neighborhood sat on the market, my house was under contract quickly and at full asking price! Karin kept me abreast of all the showings and any feedback received. Despite some delays due to the purchaser's financing, Karin was always on top of the situation and advising me throughout the process.
