Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Savage, MN.
Karissa did a great job working with us! During the process she gave us the time to figure out exactly what we wanted. She pointed out things that we didn't even notice - good & bad aspects of potential houses. She backed every decision we made - even when it meant walking away from an offer. She is extremely flexible - on multiple occassions we met either late at night or on the weekends. She was very patient even on days we viewed 6+ houses. She made the process fun and educational. Thank you Karissa!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Bloomington, MN.
Karissa was wonderful to work with. The home we chose to purchase had a very inexperienced agent representing the seller, so Karissa had to take on a lot of extra leg work during the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and patient in dealing with the other party. I would definitely recommend Karissa to anyone in the market!

Karissa was truly a pleasure to work with! She went out of her way to help my wife and I find our dream house with everything we expected and within our budget. Karissa was very flexible to meet our last minute demands and work with our busy schedule.
I highly recommend Karissa and her ReMax team to anyone who is looking for a realtor or has questions about purchasing a home. If I didn't love my house so much I would use Karissa again in the future!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Apple Valley, MN.
Karissa helped me and my fiance find our dream home. We looked for months and months until we found something we loved and Karissa was there every step of the way. There was never a problem with going to see a home the day it was listed, and she alwasy made time to show us the homes we wanted to see. Her patience and knowledge was very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Karissa White did a amazing job for me. I was trying to get a new home pretty fast and she was on top of everything. She knew what my taste was and even ran to a house while I was at work to see if I would like it before I puKt a bid on another place. Karissa is honest and was easy to work with.
