Karl was very knowledgable of the Dubuque area. He was very polite, honest and seemed to be able to answer all of our questions about the homes and/or the area. He would go out of his way to help with anything that comes about! I would definitely reccommend him as a realtor to anyone searching for a home in the area.
He is very knowledgeable about the Dubuque Area and was extremely fast at getting back to all of our emails, phone calls and texts. He helped us at all hours of the day/night. This was our first home and he was able to walk us through everything from what to look for, the negotiation process and closing.
I would highly recommend working with Karl to find a home!!!!
