    Sold a home in 2012.
    Karla is a hard working realtor who is quite knowledgeable. She took it upon herself to help our family out, even when there were plenty of obstacles to overcome. She helped guide us and figure out what steps were necessary to take among all parties involved to get us out of one house and into another in a timely manner.     Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in Merle Hay, Des Moines, IA.

    I was very impressed with the service Karla provided us. She was always willing to assist us in fulfilling our needs for the house we were looking for.     Hello community of buyers and sellers! Are you interested in buying, selling, investing or leasing? Every one of these is very unique in our current market and I can help you analyze your options and direct you to you desired goal. 

    I am a realtor that specializes in the southside area for the city of Des Moines. I don't limit myself to just this area but if you need someone who knows the southside market, that is a part of this communtiy and be able to buy or sell successfully, I am your realtor.

    I also specialize in helping distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure. If you know someone that is struggling to make their mortgage payment and wants to find other options besides foreclosure or deed in liue (voluntary foreclosure) I have the knowledge and resources available to close a successful shortsale transaction.

    I enjoy working with first time homebuyers, sellers, investors and much more.... and I like to have fun doing it!  

    Last but not least: I speak both English and Spanish fluently and working on my Laotian... just joking on this one.
