I began Real Estate in 1976 with Red Carpet Realtors. I opened Hegg Team Realty Inc. in 2003. I am the Broker/President/ of Hegg Team Realty. I consult with  buyers and sellers in this market on the technigues  and Strategies for finding and winning the bid for  their next home. I also consult sellers through the short sale process vs foreclosure. I hold the GRI & BPOR designations  from The National Association of Realtors. I also have designations with Harris Real Estate University in REO's and Short Sales.I am a member of the Women's Council of Realors. I am a long standing member of CAR (California Association of Realtors) and NAR. I am the co-author with Tim and Julie Harris of a book, "Should I Short Sale My Home?"

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Lancaster, CA.

Kat was great. She helped me through selling my house in Lancaster, and buying a new one in San Bernardino. Actually the PERFECT house for me and my family including 3 german shepherds. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in NE - Sterling, San Bernardino, CA.

My husband and I had been searching for our new home for quite some time. We were introduced to Kat through a friend and are very excited that we got to work with her. She hit the ground running with us and spent several extensive conversations with us on our wants and needs. I am pleased to say that we purchased our home in a very small matter of time. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Rialto, CA.

We highly recommend Kat for both the sale of your home and purchase of your new home. Kat came highly recommended and we worked with her a full year prior to putting our home on the market gaining advice and waiting for a job to pan out. Once we made the decision to sell Kat's knowledge and experience garnered us multiple offers and we ended up selling our home for above asking price.
