Summary:

We were very satisfied with our experience of purchasing a home through Kate Seaman at Warren Reality. She was willing to meet with us to view homes with little advanced notice and was knowledgeable about the properties showcased. She is relaxed and takes the time to get to know you and your family during the time you spend with her. Kate recognizes that buying (and selling!) a home is an emotional process and her guidance and reassurance was always helpful to us. She was present during closing proceedings and was the first to congratulate us on our new purchase. She continues to stay in touch with us and inquires about our happiness and well-being. Summary:

Summary:

Kate helped me to purchase my first home, a condo that I love. We looked at several homes and condo's and ended up with the first one I looked at. Kate knew that would be "the one", but she graciously continued to show me other properties. Kate's communication with me was unparalleled.
