Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Truckee, CA.
We bought a second home, and needed someone to trust in the local market - Kate exceeded all our expectations. She was excellent throughout the whole purchase process - from the original tours (which included our 3 kids!) to the final closing she was always working for us. She was diligent, proactive, and responsive to our questions throughout. The best broker we have ever worked with.

Bought a home in 2012.
I recently purchased a home in Tahoe with Kate as my agent. As a Realtor myself in a different area it was great to have Kate’s knowledge of the area and market. She was very helpful with narrowing down the good neighborhoods that fit my search and she was very organized and diligent when it came to putting the contract together. I also really appreciated the fact that she was very available and easy to get in touch with at all times. I would definitely recommend working with Kate and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Kate was great to work with. We bought a home in foreclosure and she was solid in getting all the paperwork and necessary details for a smooth an painless very short escrow. Would recommend for any type of purchase/sale. Very knowledgeable of the Truckee/Tahoe area

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $625K in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
Since we were purchasing a vacation home from out of the area, Kate was great with educating us on the local specifics and other info. Accommodated our last minute requests for showings and happily drove around the lake for us until we figured out where we wanted to purchase. She graciously paid for well water testing as well as collected/delivered the sample for us. Followed up after our first weekend there to see how we liked it and even offered to help out with our long-distance needs. Thanks Kate! Hope to use you again some day.
