Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $950K in Southeast Hillsdale, San Mateo, CA.
We were renting our home in San Mateo when our landlord called us to say "buy our house or move- we want to sell". Kate helped us figure out how to proceed, advised us on negotiations, and managed all of the steps purchasing a home requires. The process took two months and Kate was always available, met with us in person and over the phone, and was super prepared and organized throughout. She was a pleasure to work with. We recommend her highly!
