Kate's Home Staging and Redesign also has an extensive accessory collection to be used during staging days. All Home Staging Consultations include digital picture taking and the creation of a virtual tour and flyer which can be used to sell the home.

    At Kate's Home Staging and Redesign we use a proven eight steps method of home staging to get your home ready for its first open house. This method consists of de-cluttering your home, depersonalizing it, creating the appropriate focal points, correcting wall colors, drawing potential buyer's in from the street, creating emotional connection points, modernizing your home's look and feel to attract more buyers, addressing all lighting issues, and keeping your costs low. For our interior redesign services, we use the same eight steps as above but focus on the home owner's unique tastes and personalities along with their long term needs.


    We offer a redesign package to fit everyone's budget. Our home staging consultations start at $275 and include an itemized Action Report and two visits to the clients home. Our "hands-on" staging will help implement the recommendations in the Action Report. My last home staging client received an offer ONE DAY after their FIRST OPEN HOUSE!
