I entered Real Estate in 1998 as an assistant to one of the "Mega Agents" in the area. Processing over 100 sales each year, I took that knowledge when I branched out to my own business in 2005. With a strong background in Corporate Management, I 'hit the road running' becoming a Multi-Million Dollar Producer that same year.
In 2007 I joined the RE/Max team in Sycamore. That year I transacted over 20 sales and was awarded membership in the RE/Max Executive Club. I have enjoyed membership in that club every year since, maintaining the transaction and service requirements.
Specializing in the DeKalb/Sycamore area, I have solid experience in Short Sales with banks on both the national and regional level. I work diligently to ensure that my clients, whether buyer or seller, get the best dollar for their home, the best experience and are moved into a home that is sustainable for their future.
Additionally, I work with rentals owners and potential tenants, fitting the needs of both in a mutually agreeable contract.
