A: This is very common in our area. I provide community information, school reports train and bus schedules, summer guides and so much more.
Q: "Do you cover all of Orange County?"
A: Yes, I do and have years of experience.
Q: "How much do all of these services cost?"
A: The great news is that in almost all cases, my fee is paid for by the seller. If you choose an unrepresented property, then my fee can be built into the transaction.
