Sold a home in 2012.
I have worked with Kathleen on four different real estate transactions. Twice she has represented me as the buyer and twice as the seller. As my buyer representative she gave me appropriate advice to compete for a property with multiple offers and get the home. She also found the property for me that was not easily located on the MLS but was ideal for my needs. Kathleen sold both my homes for asking price and gave me valuable advice when setting the price at the correct level for marketing purposes. She is highly ethical in her dealings while having great instincts and experience to make the best deal for her client. As a bonus, Kathleen is skilled at handling all the paperwork, legal issues and making sure that all deadlines are easily met.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.125M in Redwood City, CA.
Kathleen was very quick to respond to our queries, of which there were lots since we were new to the whole process! Everything was explained clearly and patiently and she was always trying to help. Knowledgeable in every area and would try and find answers to our left field questions that came up.
I would highly recommend her to anybody in the area.

Showed home in 2011 in West Menlo Park, Menlo Park, CA 94025.
Kathleen has been helping us look for a house, and is extremely responsive, proactive, informative, friendly & personable. It is a pleasure working with her, and I'm sure we will find something great. Wonderful positive attitude.
Buying process: Everything went smoothly, and Kathleen helped me get the property below list price. I was a first-time homebuyer and I'm pretty sure I was a pain to deal with, but we found a place within three or four weeks and negotiated a good purchase price.
Selling process: Everything went smoothly again, and Kathleen helped me sell the property for over list price. I'd call that a win-win. She helped organize staging and cleaning and minor repairs, and the place sold very quickly once it went on the market. Actually, I think it was only about two or three weeks from "Maybe we should sell my place this summer" to "We've got an offer for 20k over list." Score!
Kathleen is also very responsive and will often respond to your emails within hours, if not sooner, and can meet you at properties quickly if something pops up on the market. That's something I value VERY highly in a real estate agent.
We're currently considering an upgrade to a single-family home and will certainly work with her again.
