Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Moore, OK.
She did a great job marketing our house and helped us sell in just a few days. She worked with the buyers and us to get very close to our original asking price, which was higher than the initial offers. Only negative was trying to schedule an inspector after we put a contract down on our new home. It took a bit longer than expected, but they did an excellent job and everything got done on time regardless.

What else can I say besides wow?! Kathleen's reputation HIGHLY proceeds her! I searched Zillow's reviews to make sure that I found the right real estate agent for me and Kathleen was the one! She was beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect from the first meeting to the closing! I absolutely love my house and I was able to snag it off the market before anyone really knew it was on it! I seriously ask that you choose Kathleen and her company if you are deciding to purchase a home!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $100K in Norman, OK.
Kathleen Forrest was wonderful to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had hundreds of questions about all manner of things. Kathleen was able to answer the majority of my questions on the spot. When she didn't know the answer, she was able to find out quickly. I understand that Norman, OK is not her usual area of business but she was more than willing to meet with me and help me find out information that might be Norman, OK specific. Although some of Kathleen's staff members did not seem to be as knowledgeable or helpful as Kathleen, Kathleen's abilities and kindness more than made up for this lack. She is a person that you want to go to bat for you in any situation. She and her husband make excellent partners. Both are able to make you feel comfortable with the process and confident in your decision.

Kathleen and her husband worked with us to find the best home for us. We saw several homes in the area and she was able to set us up with a few that were fresh on the market and not even online yet. We were very pleased with our experience with her and her team and would recommend her to someone else. Closing included gifts, food, champagne, and personal touches. Thanks, KF team!
Kathleen was the most amazing realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. She makes herself readily available and goes out of her way to do what's best for her clients. Not only was she professional and intelligent, but she was a blast to look at houses with. She gets to know you and what you're looking for quickly, which makes the process that much faster when buying a house. She also sold our house for us a couple of years later and made the process a lot easier on us knowing that we had to move unexpectedly and with short notice. Kathleen is absolutely amazing.
I met Kathleen Forrest through a friend of mine after she sold him a house. I logged onto her website and created an account to shop for properties and I was immediately called (at 10PM) to see if they could help me. I was floored by how quickly they got to me. Setting up a time to look at houses was so easy and it happened very quickly because I was on a compressed schedule because my rental contract was ending in 45 days. I met her at her house in Edmond and she drove my wife and I (along with her Husband, Jeff, who is her business partner) to various homes based on our initial input to some of her listings from her website. She provided us with a packet that had every home we selected and it allowed us to rate the homes using pros and cons. She even bought us lunch, which I was not expecting. Her intuition was unreal as she very quickly learned what we both liked and did not like. By the end of the afternoon we were in Moore and no longer using our list because she had her listings almost memorized. In about 4 hours she walked us into our future home and we were floored with how she nailed even the smallest details, like a tub big enough for my 6' 3" frame. She negotiated our offer with the builder (Mashburn) and ended up getting us our garage door openers for free (not standard with this home) which saved us about 1 grand. She also negotiated no closing costs for us which saved us around 5 grand. Our final walk-through was amazing. She caught things I would have never thought twice about. Imperfections in the paint and chips in the windows and got the builders to fix all of it before our closing deadline. She stayed with us every step of the way and it really paid off big time when she sat through the closing process with us and made sure we understood everything that was required of us as buyers and would not let us sign until we knew what the papers said and meant. She even helped us find home owners insurance and a home warranty that extended our warranty for almost 10 years. She even took the time out to show up to our house warming party, which is what I would consider going well above and beyond the normal call of duty. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Kathleen Forrest, and she is always the first person I recommend when someone is looking for an agent.
