Why is it that I cancel a listing on the MLS system then go to Zillow and cancel it there and it appears active in a few days?  I literally go in several times a week and cancel the darn listing but still comes back!

On my listing page one is missing so I tried to enter it again and it says it's already assigned to another agent.  So then I did an address search and it says it doesn't exist.  Confused.
