Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in New Albany, OH.
Kathy,
has been our buyer agent for over 3 years. We have bought 3 properties so far and negotiated several deals. She is super knowledgeable and responsive. She acts as a true business partner, not focused on making her deal but in looking out for the overall health of the business at hand.
She has impressive follow-up and keenness to perform as an advisor pre and post deal.
She know the business very well.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Dennison Place, Columbus, OH.
Kathy is a fantastic agent! She was very attentive to our desires and reactions to different properties, very patient and understanding about our hesitations, and extremely useful in negotiating our offers and contracts. But what really impressed us was her commitment: even after our closing, Kathy continued to work on our behalf, helping to negotiate a variety of things, such as the key hand-over and home warranty issues. We've never worked with a more courteous, helpful and dedicated agent!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Columbus, OH.
Kathy, was a great realtor. She treated me like I was her own daughter, which was very comforting since I bought my first condo at the age 24. I think she is a great person inside and out. Kathy thoroughly explained all the details to me to make sure I fully understood what was going on. In the future when I decide to buy another home, I would call Kathy. :)

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Hilliard Green, Hilliard, OH.
Kathy spent almost all of her summer weekends getting us matched to our perfect home. She worked so well independently with me and my future wife to make sure she understood what we wanted.
This was our first house and she made sure we were confident and comfortable making it our home. We grew to think of Kathy as a personal friend and we know without her this wouldn't have been nearly as great of an experience. We still keep in touch and can't wait to see her at our wedding!
