Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Hillsdale, Portland, OR.Summary:
Kathy represented us in the sale of our home in West Linn as well as in the purchase of our new home in the Southwest Hills in Portland. During the buying process, Kathy made us feel extremely comfortable as she worked at our pace. She kept us up-to-date on the market, but was never pushy. But what really impressed us was the fact she got us in to preview certain properties BEFORE they went on the market – which speaks volumes about her network. And... when we switched gears from looking for waterfront properties to homes in the Southwest Hills, she didn’t miss a beat. We are now living in a gorgeous home overlooking the Willamette River with views of Mt Hood and Saint Helens! When it came time to sell our home in West Linn, Kathy delivered again. We were able to net the highest price per square foot in our neighborhood in a very reasonable amount of time... and at a time when the market was starting to cool. Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
We found the contact information for Kathy on zillow when we were looking to buy our first home. She was the first and the last real estate agent we spoke and worked with. I told her what kind of a house we were looking for and she sent us endless lists and took us on multiple day long tours to all parts of Portland. When her schedule did not allow, she arranged for her husband, Scott to take us on tours and answer our endless questions. Our criteria for a home changed multiple times as first time home buyers and Kathy had the patience to go through the process with us. Finally, five months after we met her, we bought a house that is beyond what we could have imagined and she found it for us!
