Sold a home in 2011.

Summary:

We had planned to put our house on the market in the beginning of 2011; we contacted Kathy to find out what the approximate price should be and also the best month to list. Kathy did extensive research and made a very impressive presentation about price, staging our house and her plans to show it. She also did a detailed tour of the house and took notes so that she could tell potential customers about some of the nuances and extras that our house had (like extra wide pantry shelves).

Kathy accompanied every realtor that showed our house; in 14 days we had 5 offers and our house sold for the exact price that Kathy had predicted. Other realtors only open the front door and let the customers go in and explore, which is not very beneficial for the seller.

Kathy worked very hard to sell our house, made a fantastic virtual tour for the Internet, listed on many different sites, always was responsive to our needs and questions, and always ended the showing with a close.

I can't say enough good things about Kathy, she is the model of what a "true" realtor should be!
