Wow, how to begin to describe Kathy Sperl-Bell as a real estate agent. Let's see, she cares about her clients, she will do whatever is necessary to support her clients, she will answer questions morning, noon and night, she knows the area, she knows the builders, she understands familial relationships with regards to the buying process, she takes time to understand her client's needs, she will offer good advice as needed and she's married to this dude named Bill who, when necessary, brings a builder's technical perspective to the table in a way I've never encountered before - they are a great team! In addition, Kathy is just an all around sweetheart. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Ocean View, DE.Summary:
Kathy and Bill were excellent. This was land purchased with a trailer on it. They had the trailer removed (found someone who took it and used it) then with Bill as my contractor had a Berracah House built. Both Kathy and Bill bent over backwards making sure everything went well. I came down to the house before the electric was installed. Bill brought a generator in case I needed it. Kathy and Bill even brought me lunch one day when I was working their. I feel that I made 2 new friends. I consider myself so lucky to have dealt with these 2 great people.…More Less
