Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Deltona, FL.
My name is Niesha Fisher and I met Kathy Aparo-Griffin through a realtor website when I posted a question that I had about a certain property. At the time my husband and I were already with a realtor but weren't too satisfied with his work. After speaking with Kathy a few times we decided to switch over to her, as she seemed to be more knowledgable and professional in her job. While helping us find our first home, I feel that she went above and beyond her job as being a realtor. We were so satisfied with her that we recommended her to my sister, whom she also helped buy her first home, and also my brother. At the end of it all we found the house of our dreams and we couldn't be happier. We were glad to have found Kathy Aparo-Griffin and if in the future we decide to sell or buy another property we will definitely be using her services again.

Showed home in 2013 in West De Land, Eustis, FL 32720.
Kathy Aparo-Griffen was recommended to me by a neighbor. I however did read her reviews on Zillow. I mentioned that she had one negative review and she was very apologetic and explained her brief problem with her email server. I am so glad I gave her a chance because she was able to enlighten me on upcoming development in my immediate neighborhood that could increase the sale price of my home. I explained that the reason I wanted to list my home was only due to the need for a multifamily home that would accommodate my son, wife and grandchildren, as well. Knowing I was disabled she asked if I received a home tax exemption and was able to tell me how I could keep my exemption due to my medical need to have a in-home care assistant. Talking with Kathy gave me the facts and information I needed to make an informed decision. She could have just talked me into listing immediately, but was concerned about my best options rather than her commission from a sale. I was impressed with her honesty and individual care.

My experience with Kathy Aparo Griffin has been one of excellence, the best realtor I have worked with.
Her advice was straight forward, no nonsense.
She and her staff are knowledgable with "ALL aspects of buying a house" and great advocates throughout the process. They were ahead of the negotiations....often times before a concern came up, it was already addressed and solved. Her nefotiation skills are of expertise level...with integrity.
Kathy and her assistant Shannon made my husband and I feel like family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Deland, FL.
Kathy and her whole team are amazing! She sat with me and my children as we searched through pages and pages of houses trying to find the right one for us. She never once complained about us "wasting" her time. She was wonderful! She found us the perfect home and stayed close (pretty much held me hand) through the whole experience. Kathy knows what she is doing and how to talk with her clients. She wil always treat you with the respect you deserve and help you through any thoughts you have. Thank you Kathy and Aparo-Griffin Properties for helping me find the perfect place for my family!! :)

this review is for kathy at aparo griffin property i used her to sell our home . all i can say is she listen to us and did what we wanted . i must have called her office and cell 100 times
never once did she get upset. my advice to anyone looking for a realtor she would be the one to call she is very smart and her wisdom is unbelievable. she takes her time . if i am to rate her on a scale of 1-10 she would be a 12 .

The experience that my husband and I had with Kathy Aparo-Griffin was a wonderful one. They were recommended to us and as soon as we met with them they were on board to help us with the short sale of our home. They were not only very knowledgeable and professional, they were also very friendly and caring. Their staff was always available to help us to answer any questions we may have had and help us in any way possible. They worked very hard for us and always kept us in the loop and we formed a trusting bond with them. I would refer them to anyone for any real estate situation at any time, if they were not able to help they would find someone who could. This is a very caring and hard working real estate company and we will forever be grateful for what they did for us.

As a real estate professional myself, there is NO OTHER real estate professional that I would want in the short sale process. Kathy and her office are professional and have YOUR concerns and cares as their first concern. There was never a moment that I felt she wasn't focused on my sale. If you want to short sale your house, she is your realtor....she is magic.

Kathy was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our parent's home in Deltona. She is obviously knowledgeable in all real estate matters and a friend to people in the business. We had a offer in 4 days and closed in 2 months. Working from sunrise to sunset non stop did not seen to be a problem for her. Obviously she enjoys her job and has chosen the right profession. We were lucky to have her list our house and recommend her to anyone looking for a professional team to sell their home.

Kathy is THE short sale expert. Kathy and her team worked day and night to get my house sold in 5 months!! I was told that banks almost never approve short sales. Kathy has an incredibe knowledge of everything that has to do with loans, bank approvals, etc. You can ask her anything. On a personal level, she is a lovely person to work with. And don't underestimate the guys that work behind the scenes: Bill, Shannon and Gaby. Kathy, you really rock and I would be happy to be of reference for you any time!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Deland, FL.
I have always hated buying or selling a house. My past history has not been good. I was transfered to DeLand while trying to sell my house in Palm Beach County. I first hooked up with a real estate agent trying to sell me a really bad house. I grew tired of the agent and switched to Kathy because he was too pushy. I wanted to buy the bad house because I thought it was in a good neighborhood and had a lot of land.In addition, I did not know it was bad. Kathy told me the house might have a lot of problems and would need an inspection. Before I could have a second look at the house it was taken off the market. It was deemed unsellable.
Had I gone wth the first agent, who knows what kind of trouble I could be in now.
Kathy is a very caring and trustworthy real-estate agent. I know she looks out for the buyer. That is more important to her than a profit. In this world that is a really rare find! In Volusia County I will only deal with her and I highly reccomend her to other buyers and sellers. Everyone in her office is great.
