Kathy Henry is a native Californian of Korean descent. She graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in economics and worked as a corporate paralegal drafting and preparing corporate real estate contracts and documents in Los Angeles and San Francisco . Her passion for real estate blossomed and after realizing her life-long goal of living in Santa Barbara, she obtained her real estate broker's license and naturally followed her passion to help others also achieve the coveted Santa Barbara lifestyle.
