Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Norton, MA.
Kathy Portway is without question the best realtor in the area. There is no one more conscientious and professional than Kathy. We had been using someone else and when we made a change to Kathy, our house sold in 5 days, in a horrible market. She was realistic in setting expectations, and brought in a professional photographer to take the pictures, which made a world of difference in how the house showed online. Kathy was available day and night to answer questions, and was on top of every aspect from showing the house, to attending the closing. Whatever you would normally expect from a realtor, Kathy went above and beyond. Within the same year we ended up selling another property, and this was a niche house much more difficult to sell. Kathy is, quite simply, one of the most honest, hard-working and energetic professionals I've ever met. She's a human dynamo and takes care of all of the details -- big and small -- and also is amazing at keeping your own anxiety levels down during the difficult process of selling a home. She's super-responsive but also super-sweet, and she always took the time to answer every question I had (even if I sometimes had to ask them over and over so they'd finally sink in! :) ).
