Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Vacaville, CA.
Kathy was my saving grace in the short sale of my home. Because of her knowledge, resourcefulness, honesty, patience and understanding, the sale of my home went better than I had ever expected it to. I always felt that she really understood and cared about me. When I had a question, she had an answer. When I needed advice, she gave it to me honestly. Never did she stear me down the wrong path and she always kept me informed of things. Kathy is an agent that you can trust and count on.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Rohnert Park, CA.
I met Kathy Grant on Feb 21, 2011. The first home I saw was just finished with refurbishment. The kitchen was new, the 2 bathrooms were new, the hardwood floors were beautiful, the windows and paint were fresh, clean and sparkling.
I thought I would compare every home I see after this to this first home.
I was ready to make an offer. We made an offer for the full asking price. Kathy got me a great Home Inspection, and I had to make a few requests to correct a few items. We worked with emails and calls, and sent back and forth with scans. Kathy handled everything. Escrow closed on March 30, 2011.
Kathy Grant was very comfortable, knowledgeable. Kathy Grant knows her stuff!
Since the address is 317, I found the gold at the end of the rainbow.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Windsor, CA.
We hired Kathy to negotiate the sale of our home and were very pleased with her handling of the sale. I would highly recommend Kathy to show or find your home. I recommended her to as co-worker who was also very pleased with Kathy and Keller-Williams. There are a lot of Realtors but only a few who are dedicated professionals.

Showed home in 2010 in Rohnert Park, CA.
I would highly recommend Kathy. She is professional, respectful, and listens to what I want. I've never had a problem contacting her by phone or email, and she always gets back to me promptly. She's not the kind of realtor that just sends me out looking at houses that are not my style; she accompanies me to homes that fit my needs.
