    Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in Tavernier, FL.

    As a Real Estate Broker in the Florida Keys I specialize in out of the area buyers. Over the years I have helped many people from all over the country find homes here in the Keys. Many of my clients are not able to see the homes they are interested in before placing an offer on the property. They trust me to advise them on when it's advantageous for them to make an offer. One couple as an example was unable to be here during an inspection and relied on the home inspector and myself to guide them. They are very happy in their new home today!

    I take "real" photographs, zoom in on specific features and /or defects so as a buyer you know what you are buying. I will put together a virtual tour which can be shared with friends and family.

    As a buyer, if you like what you see in the virtual tour, an offer can be made with a 14-21 day inspection period. That gives you the buyer an opportunity to fly or drive down and personally inspect the property before being committed to the purchase.

    My certifications are the National Association of Realtors, Senior Residential Specialist, (SRES), trained in understanding and assisting those over 55 with a primary or second home purchase, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) which has afforded me the skills necessary to negotiate the best terms for my buyers and holder of the GREEN designation. As people become more aware of our fragile planet and with the green designation training I have learned how we can help protect the planet and our resources and save MONEY!
