Kathy was delightful to deal with, even after closure she has continued to check and make sure everything is as expected. Absolute professional and would work with her again in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Stephenson, VA.
Kathy has been truly amazing! There are not enough good things my wife and I can say about her. We met Kathy a few months ago at an open house when we where out driving around, and have never looked back. We moved from NJ into the area, 9 months ago, and with Kathy's help we truly got an excellent sense of the areas, and she helped us find a house that our family will enjoy for a long time.
When you speak to other realtors you can kind of tell they sound like used car salesmen. When you speak to Kathy you get her expertise in real estate, and most importantly her LOVE of the industry. You can tell when she is helping you look for properties that she is as excited to check out the properties as you are and help you and your family find the right place that is perfect for your family and will truly love.

Bought a home in 2012.
Kathy gives the term "full service real estate" a whole new meaning. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations and well surpassed any other real estate agent we have work with in the past. Her friendly, outgoing personality makes it easy for her face with buyers. And, her corporate sales experience was a huge advantage in the negotiation phase.

Wow! I am in love with my realtor. Kathy has been everything I ever hoped for in a realtor and more! And trust me, I'm a tough one to please. From the very moment I called her AND she answered rather than it going to voicemail like most, she has been extremely responsive and treated me like I was her only customer. To be honest, I thought I was her only customer at first until I saw a few of her listings in town and then found out there were several other people she was also helping to find a house for. Her regular communications through email, text and calls are complete with key factors to help us understand our options and provide us with detailed information about the house history, county info, tax history, etc. She hold the utmost ethical standards which was instrumental to us choosing her as a realtor. We are about to make an offer on a house this evening and I couldn't imagine it being better than this! I would not hesitate to recommend Kathy to help you buy or sell a house.
