I am the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide To Selling Your Home (Penguin, 2009) and a very experienced agent in the Glen Ridge, NJ, Montclair, NJ, and Upper Montclair, NJ, Verona, NJ, and West Orange, NJ and Essex County region.
