Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Frontenac, MO.
Katie brought a strong grasp to what was needed to accomplish the sale of our home. She was focussed and process oriented. Our house was older and needed work, but she focussed on the positive features and brought suggestions and recommnedations to get the home into the marketable price range.

Bought a home in 2013.
We were relatively active on our own to pick homes but Katie was a great voice of reason and easy-going agent to work with. Katie was familiar with a number of the locations we were looking and when she wasn't, she spent time researching. She lead us step to step through decision making and paperwork. She made herself available during her scheduled vacation to answer questions we had about houses we were researching early on in the process. Once we found a house that we loved she rushed around to make sure we could see it quickly and get our offer in before anyone else. She guided us through the counter-offer/negotiations flawlessly, and she was extremely fast getting the documents to us to make sure that we met all of our deadlines in a timely manner. Also, when we ran into issues with our lender and the seller, we really felt like she was fighting for us and was looking out for our best interest. I think we probably had more issues than most when it came to our lender (they messed up something pretty big and our closing was almost delayed) and Katie spent an entire afternoon and the next morning working through it with them to make sure that we were able to close on time.
We will definitely be using her again for our future real estate needs, and we HIGHLY recommend her!…More Less
