Katy is a real pro! She does her homework and made a fabulous presentation for selling our home prior to listing. Katy has a bevy of local workmen at her beck and call that helped us ready our home for market in a little over two weeks. She communicated nearly day during the process, and several times during the day when we were preparing the property for sale. In the end our home looked fabulous, received six offers and with the help of her agency Alain Pinel fetched top dollar - selling 15% over list.

Katy is by far the most professional realtor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Since day one her expertise and professional and friendly service was of the highest caliber. The current real estate market in bay area is super competitive. I was a first time home buyer, looking to buy by myself. No family members in US and no one to help me in the process. Katy finally helped me won out of the 19 bids on the townhome, and I highly recommend Katy for the following reasons: 1. Personality: I was really stressed out until I met Katy, who brought me to an enjoyable experience. She is super positive and caring. 2. Service: Even I was buying just a small townhome, she gave me full attention, super very quick response (reply emails in minutes), and continuously adjust listing resource based on my detail needs and feedback. And during the process, she patiently answered me all the verbose questions, and addressed all my concerns. For example, when I viewed disclosure package, had a lot of minor questions. She connected me to the inspector, termite people and etc, and made sure every single question I had was fully addressed. 3. Network: It was because of Katy's broad network, which helped me find the final townhome before it hit on market. (also helped me rent the place out in the end.) 4. Strategic and persistent: we finally won out of 19 bids on a townhome. Katy started close contact with the listing agent before the townhome went on market, persistently worked on that, and helped me become the "special one" in the whole process. She taught me how to present myself in such a competitive market. And my letter finally became the key factor to win. 5. Follow up: After I bought the townhome, I needed to rent it out for a short period of time. She also helped me find the renters through her network, brought me lease forms, and helped me through out the renting process.

Overall, I can't appreciate further on her help.

Katy is a very knowledgeable and positive realtor. When I decided to sell my home of 23 years I interviewed several realtors. With only a day to prepare Katy met with me providing comparable sells in my area, a suggested timeline, and positive suggestions. Throughout our association she was conscientious and mindful of all changes and improvements. When I disagreed with any suggestion, she openly listened, and discussed why she had suggested it and allowed us to come to an agreement we were both happy with. I remember I was very concerned about selling it in a timely manner and did not want to worry about many open house weekends. This was not a worry to her and she assured me her homes sold quickly. She wasn’t bragging she was right.

All improvements showed my home in its best light and were done in a timely manner. The staging she provided was fantastic. The video she generated out on the internet had the most hits of any open house that month and the Friday open house for realtors had the most traffic of any home in the area that year! She also invited all my neighbors to come in and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and see the improvements we had made. She then held open house Saturday and Sunday and was there personally to meet and greet potential buyers.

Three days later on Wednesday night I was shocked to sell my home for more than the listed price and even more than I thought the market would handle. This was not at the peak of the market but she got a peak price. In fact, she had contacted one of the prospective buyers who had looked at the house on both days and told him we had an offer. She then called his real estate agent and they presented an offer which turned out to be the best. She made the buyer very happy and delighted this seller. During and after the sell I felt Katy was right there to help me in anyway she could. And she did! I would not hesitate to recommend Katy to anyone, and in fact I have.

After my mother passed away, my siblings and I were selling our mother’s home of 25 years. As with siblings we all had ideas of what we should do, who we should get, etc. Several of us had ‘the best realtor’ so we interviewed them all. Katy’s presentation was by far the very best and convinced my brothers and sisters that we should go with her. Katy began working on the home before we could put it on the market. She had all workmen scheduled and the make over completed within 10 days. She really was a miracle worker. Once again we had several offers and Katy was very helpful and supportive in determining which offer we should accept. My siblings were overjoyed with how she handled all of us (there were 7 of us plus spouses), the improvements, the presentation, and of course, the fantastic sell price in not so good a market.

Katy is the epitome of a good real estate agent: smart, aggressive, knowledgeable, poised, honest, and very credible. Thank you again Katy for all your hard work.

It's hard to summarize in a few words how much we like Katy! She treated us like we were buying a $5 million dollar house, when we were not, which I think says it all. Katy is a "real person" who happens to be a Realtor. She actually cares about you finding the perfect home for you/your family; she's not just interested in selling you a house... she wants it to be your home.

To us Katy is the example for what every Realtor should be...we just happened to get lucky in meeting her and after dealing with some other Realtors she was clearly superior in every way possible. Sold a home in 2012.

My experience with Katie as a real estate agent, and related to the sale of my moms home, far exceeded my expectations. She works with vigor, attention to detail, and tirelss follow through in all aspects of the home sale. Katie not only worked with me as a real estate agent, she co-project managed, and in many cases, drove my contractors to complete thier work on time and within budget . The contractors included painters, landscapers, interior decorators, lighting, coloriest maintenance, and detailing.

With Katie as my real estate agent, I was able to prep my moms home for sale in less than a week . After two days on the market we had ten offers on the home --with two of those offers exceeding the asking price.

In conclusion, I was very pleased with Katie's performance as my real estate agent and highly recomend her.
