Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Cutler Bay, FL.
5 stars to James. He was never late and always two steps ahead on every aspect purchasing my home. I would greatly recommend him. He should be a member of the Better Business Bureau. I now have a Realtor for life.

I have no better words to describe the services i received from this agent... I awarded him "the best realtor in the world"... And zillow.com is a excellent website!!!!

James truly was a pleasure to deal with. As the market began to decrease in value rather rapidly, James was able to offer strategies to help my unit stand out from the other listings. Through some very innovative techniques, he was able to secure an all cash offer for me, and we closed in 3 weeks. I would not think of using anyone else for any of my real estate transactions
