Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Rosebank, Staten Island, NY.
We have tried to sell our townhouse on our own for a year before we decided to list with Kawing. He is patient and very knowledgeable in the local area as well as provides good suggestions. His honesty and openness to our concerns and ideas were the main reason we decided to list with him. He worked with us on reasonable offering prices and marketing strategies that we could choose from while listing with him. He did not pressure us from keep lowering the listing price, like other agents would, and he brought in multiple potential buyers.
