Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Gulf Shores, AL.
My husband and I were purchasing a condo during the BP Oilspill time period. Kay was honest and helpful with us during the entire process. We were initially looking for a small 2/2 condo, and were fortunate, only through her diligent efforts, able to find a 3/2 Penthouse that was beyond what we thought was possible. She was in contact with other realtors, and seems to know everyone in the area. She is called upon for advice as well as as knowledge in the area and what is available, coming available or even a possible sale. We enjoyed working with her through the mortgage process, and we were definitely not the easiest to be approved since my husband had just retired and I was self-employed. She directed us to good restaurants, and also to local vendors when the time came to make some repairs and replacements in the condo. We could not be happier. She is unique in a field of realtors who sometimes can get caught up in the commissions, and we never felt that way with Kay. It was about us being happy and having a stress free experience during our purchase. She is reliable, and came most highly recommended from another realtor. We were more than satisfied with the services, and have in fact recommended her to several of our friends looking for rental property. Her efforts and integrity are consistant. She is a gem in the real estate industry!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Gulf Shores, AL.
To date, I have worked with Kay to purchase 5 independent properties. Kay takes customer service to a new level. She will absolutely do what it takes to service and protect her clients. She clearly understands the Gulf Coast market and the ever changing dynamics in this economy. A knowledgeable realtor is a critical choice to insure success in this environment.

Kay is a wonderful person who is, among other excellent traits, a great listener and negotiator. Her connections along the Alabama / Florida Gulf Coast are impeccable. She has helped me close multiple transactions valued at well over 1 million dollars. Without her, my confidence in working real estate transactions would be risky at best.

Kay Gilpin is every realty client's dream realtor. She worked extremely hard to get our condo property sold. She put herself out, over and above what you would normally expect. She is knowledgable and efficient and a bulli-dog about follow up with mortgage banks and title companies. We could not have been more pleased with our experience in working with her.
