Sold a home in 2013.
We interviewed Kayel Buffaline and knew immediately that we wanted her to sell our house. She was professional, confident, cheerful, and well prepared. She knew the neighborhood house offerings, gave us a price range for our home that we thought was realistic, and gave us very helpful suggestions about how to improve our chances to sell quickly. Within a short time of our signing the brokerage agreement, our house was on the web. Within a few weeks of the house being on the market, she found a buyer whose offer we accepted; and the sale was finalized. Sold a home in 2010.
Kayel is awesome! I've bought and sold several houses before, but I've never had as positive an experience as I had with Kayel. My new wife and I first met Kayel while looking to buying a house in the Capital region back in 2010. We were so flexible on location that we actually drove away a few agents before we found Kayel. She was super! She seemed to know the area north, east, south and west of Albany (we made her take us in all 4 direction before settling on our new home.)
When I was finally able to sell a home that I had owned previously, Kayel listed that home and got it sold. She was always in contact with us and was very patient with my psychotic ex-wife.…More Less
