Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $325K in Peabody, MA.
I worked with Kathy when I purchased (and subsequently considered selling) my current home. During the purchase process, she acted as agent for the seller as well as myself. She was the epitome of professionalism and objectivity for both myself and the seller. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $400K in Peabody, MA.
Kathy sold our family house for my parents. She was very competent and professional. She staged the house beautifully for the open houses with candles and refreshments. It was a difficult time for our family, since they had lived there for over 40 years, and had to move because of their age and health issues. Kathy handled it all with sensitivity and professionalism. She also got an excellent price for the house. I would highly recommend Kathy Bennett as a realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Danville, NH.
Buying a house was a huge step and very scary for me.. Kathy made me feel very comfortable, she took her time to explain any question or concern I had. Kathy was quick to return calls and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Kathy. It was a pleasure working with her and I recommend her to my friends and family. Thanks agian!
